One £10 prepaid card provides a code that grants a paid entry ticket into the HouseDraw, subject to the official HouseDraw.uk Terms and Conditions.

Payment and Ordering
Payment must be made to Goldaxe Workshops Limited by bank transfer.
Prepaid Cards must be paid for in advance before they are dispatched to the Promoter.
Larger volume orders may require additional lead time to produce and ship.

Promoter Responsibilities and Duties
- Sell Prepaid Cards acquired from HouseDraw.uk at the applicable promoter rate.
- Sub-distribute the sale of Prepaid Cards through your own network of contacts where permitted.
- Operate within the agreed non-exclusive promotional area.
- Be responsible for the handling, sale and distribution of the Prepaid Cards supplied to you.
- Provide appropriate support to your distribution network.
- Use accurate and approved HouseDraw.uk information when explaining the promotion.
- Refer customers to the official HouseDraw.uk website and Terms and Conditions.
- Maintain appropriate records of your own stock, sales and payments.
- Deal with customers honestly, fairly and respectfully.
Independent Operator Status
HouseDraw.uk Promoters operate as independent commercial operators. A Promoter is responsible for running their own promotional and distribution activities and is not employed by HouseDraw.uk or Goldaxe Workshops Limited merely by becoming a Promoter.
The Promoter arrangement is intended to allow independent persons or businesses to purchase Prepaid Cards at the applicable wholesale rate and resell or distribute them through their own sales network, subject to the applicable HouseDraw.uk requirements.
Independent Business Activity
- You determine how you organise your own promotional activities.
- You are responsible for your own operating costs and expenses.
- You are responsible for your own business records and accounting.
- You are responsible for your own tax and other business obligations.
- You decide how you develop your own local customer and distribution network.
No Employment Relationship
Being accepted as a Promoter does not by itself make you an employee of HouseDraw.uk or Goldaxe Workshops Limited.
Promoters should not represent themselves as employees, officers or authorised representatives of Goldaxe Workshops Limited unless they have separately been given that authority in writing.
No Authority to Bind HouseDraw.uk
A Promoter may promote and distribute Prepaid Cards within the scope of the promoter arrangement, but must not enter into contracts, make commitments, issue guarantees or otherwise bind HouseDraw.uk or Goldaxe Workshops Limited without specific written authority.
Promoters must not promise refunds, prizes, discounts, special terms or other arrangements on behalf of HouseDraw.uk unless those arrangements have been expressly authorised.
Your Own Sales Decisions
Promoters are responsible for their own commercial decisions, including where and how they promote the Prepaid Cards, how they organise their distribution network and how they manage their business expenses.
Promoters must nevertheless comply with the HouseDraw.uk promotional requirements and any applicable laws and regulations.
Sub-Distributors
Where sub-distribution is permitted, the Promoter is responsible for ensuring that persons within their distribution network receive accurate information and understand the limits of their role.
Sub-distributors must not be presented as employees of HouseDraw.uk or Goldaxe Workshops Limited unless separately authorised.
Separate Business Responsibility
Promoters should keep their own business activities, finances, records and customer arrangements properly organised and separate from those of HouseDraw.uk and Goldaxe Workshops Limited.
Promoters must not imply that their independent business is owned, operated or controlled by HouseDraw.uk.
1. Your Role as a Promoter
As a HouseDraw.uk Promoter, your role is to introduce people to HouseDraw.uk and explain the promotion using accurate, HouseDraw.uk-approved information.
